I wanted to tell you I had the best experience at this dealership. Eli was the best salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a car. He was very patient and kind throughout the experience. He answered all of my questions and if he didn't have the answer he asked somebody else. He put me in a very nice chevy impala within my payment range. I really went in there expecting to not find a car within the payment range I wanted because no other dealership could and expected to leave disappointed as always but ileft with a nicer car than I've ever had in my.life.all smiles. I am blown away by my experience at this dealership. Car buying can often feel disingenuous and stressful at best, but I got none of the tropes or runaround at Diehl. At every step of the process, the entire staff was kind and accommodating. I put them through Federal tax rebates, a vehicle that was not a Ford, and buying from out of state - and they handled it all without ever making me feel like a burden or like I was getting scammed. I even found a minor issue after I was home and the car was purchased, and they had someone meet me at a dealership close to me to fix it! Alec, Zach (Zack?), Ali, Boone, and Dan…you guys absolutely crushed it. Special thanks to Alec for wading into uncertain waters to make everything happen for me. Can’t say enough good things.

I will 100% be coming back and telling everyone I know to come here and see Chad. After having a terrible experience the day before I was a little nervous about trying to buy another car. Chad was very straightforward with me and made my experience one of the best. When i first got there I was looking for a specific truck that they unfortunately sold earlier that morning, Chad sat me down and found other trucks that were similar in both style and price. He was super nice and funny as well. He treated me like I was an actual human being and not just a money bag which most places are like that now. Big thank you to Chad for making it happen and I hope they give you a bigger office!!😂
