Absolute BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. Bob, Rob, and Ben went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! After dealing with issue after issue at multiple different dealerships, given false hope, and waiting around just to be told “sorry we cant help you”, these three gentleman MADE SURE I left with a vehicle that same day!!! They did everything they could to help me immensely and now I am the owner of a new car!!! 10000/10 recommend Diehl Ford!!! They WILL take care of you and get you want you need! They’re really great and I’m not just saying this but they helps me get Everthing I need before leaving off the lot , I definitely appreciate them I was down for a month with no car , my car head gasket went out , there very nice reasonable HIGHLY RECOMMEND
