I had an overall good experience here. The general manager offered me a trade-in value and purchase price that I was happy with. I drove out 2 days later to pick up the truck.The salesperson DID try to back out of that deal, but luckily the general manager got involved and stuck by his original offer. ps. Just by chance if the person who buys the solar octane '23 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro reads this, best of luck to you! It's never been off-road, only had 7,700 miles on it but the oil has been changed 3 times. Keep using synthetic 5W30 in her, change every 3k-5k miles, and I hope she brings you many years of joy!

I worked with a gentleman by the name of Lou (I think his real name is Louis) he was very low pressure and gave the facts straight. One thing I do not like about the vehicle buying process in some dealerships is the feeling of a salesman trying to force me into buying something I’m not sure that I want. I did not have this feeling with meeting with Lou and the numbers worked for themselves. The manager Rob was helpful as well in earning my business and it was an absolute please working with the both of them. Louis was super busy with answering phones, working with other customers and not once did I feel like I was being put on the back burner or given a run around. Kudos to the Diehl team because 100% they got it right. All around great experience and it’s amazing to see the amount of professionalism that came from these two gentlemen. Overall great experience but when I asked about gap insurance they said with a new vehicle that it doesn't cover under gap insurance. Under my understand that any vehicle loan you get the chance to get gap insurance. My sales person brian was awesome to deal with!! Overall just a little disappointed about not able to have the chance to get gap insurance.. Overall great experience with everything...
